The Armada 01:04
Help me remember, all of the bullshit that was said Did you consider, that we would make it in the end Give up, you know we can't be stopped Step up to meet your every challenge Believe what you can't see, We'll take the throne right from your feet We found the light in the dark I bet you never thought that we would have fought so hard

Blackjack 03:51
Every night I lie awake, drifting farther away from myself, I'll always wonder what made you turn away I never meant for it to come to this I lost my everything so I find it in this bottle, Where it's empty and its cold, And now there's nowhere else to go Every time I seem to lose my place I never seem to get a break When will I learn? When will I ever learn? More pills, more fuel, Fuel the desperate side of me No pain, no gain, Isn't that what they all say? I take this hand, I play it every time I dont care, where I end up tonight I try to find myself, in everything that isn't good for me Every night I lie awake hoping to see the other side of me I know its there, just looking back through its colored world I know its there I have seen its face before Now watch it disappear I have seen a glimpse of shades, now close your eyes to rest your sight not bright nor faded, concentrate Show your eyes and you'll see mine I try to find myself, in everything that isn't good for me What would you do, if you had no one left to save you? If you had no one left? When we have no one left to save us from the end Can we believe its not the end?

Karmageddon 03:41
If we're being honest, I'll admit I've made mistakes I'm not proud of what I've done, but I'm proud of who I am Watch your old life turn to ash it's almost burned right through from the depths comes a new life We are going nowhere, if we stay here tonight I wont be the one to take the fall again We have to accept who we are and move on I wont take the fall 'Cause it helps to survive I know that I hurt you But I hope you can understand I know I'm not perfect But I'm trying the best I can For the longest time, I blamed myself Say what you want but you'll need to feed all of your addictions Say what you want but you'll need to feed your needs somehow Every excuse, every cover up, only kills the flame Say what you want but I think you know things will change If you decide that your life is worth the fight, don't be ashamed If you're alive you've got something to live for I know that I hurt you But I hope you can understand I know I'm not perfect But I'm trying the best I can I don't want to blame myself You promised change, but I don't see it Why oh why did I believe you'd change?

NMO 04:22
Fine, just run away, you'll never catch me they say but I will find all the places you will hide and I will put you at the top of my list and I will take the last breath from your life Is your life a waste? its always been such a case, that doesn't mean you're safe So, just run away and never turn your back 'cause what they say always turns out true My sins were starting to relieve me now I cant believe they've always been against me I always find my target, don't think you've got away with such relentless talent, it's worth the price I pay Wait, I can hear them, they're counting the bodies Their tires rolling to haunt me Please, don't let the darkness control me You're all I've got, you've got to help me How dare you cross my path now? You must have some nerve I've gone so long without you, don't think I need you now Is everything you wanted everything you've ever said? We tried to warn you now its time you lose your fucking head Look me in the eyes and tell me I'm bluffing You are all that I've got, you've got to help me You know you cant be saved from all of the voices I hear in my head You don't know what we've been through They stripped us from our homes I don't think that we'll make it out alive I'll tell you what, you've passed the test don't think we've always been this way I'll tell you what, you made the choice I still believe you've known I've always been this way You crossed the line

White Widow 03:08
You said you would stay but that was a lie I'm starting to realize just why Tell me your lies and I'll swallow them whole; I have struck coal while searching for gold Not as bright as you've always shined; always the one that keeps an empty mind Dive right into my life See what's inside Everbody says you're perfect, But you're not worth it No, I don't believe a word they say, not anymore (I found the light, I found the life I tried to show my side) You cant place blame on me You've crushed everything I could be You're all the same, show me I'm wrong I've been deceived for far too long Over and over in my head, pay all respect to the living dead Run, run, run from all your problems born from tasteless choices Everbody says you're perfect, But you're not worth it No, I don't believe a word they say, not anymore Everything I gave to you, You spat in my face, The moment I saw you there with him Can we live with the mistakes we make? No strings attached was it worth it? Everbody says you're perfect, But I don't believe a word they say, not anymore Everything I gave to you, You spat in my face, The moment I saw you there with him

Hour 51 04:46
Say goodbye to what's left of us nothing more than a memory You found a way, inside my head We're still alive You never let me be who I wanted Oh how the hours pass they still haunt me Day by day starting my life again Will I ever be the same? From the first time that I saw you, I knew that I'd lose you But I shouldn't dwell on it, 'Cause I know, I can do better than you You better watch what you say I'll find you someday You're a slave to my new found pride All your life, you've made us all seem weak I wont be that man I will tear down those walls that held me back I've had enough now tell me the truth Don't you see, you let the anger in you blind your eyes I thought I'd never see the end of this and now I've just about found my way out of this From the first time that I saw you, I knew that I'd lose you But I shouldn't dwell on it, 'Cause I know, I can do better than you Not again I wont be stopped I've overcome my fears Now, I see the brighter side of things I never would have seen I see it all Tell me, what do you see? Is it someone that makes you feel complete? 'Cause I killed that and woke up The day that we broke up (All those who left my life will be gone forever) It's not the way to live
7.
Now let's just consult the family, the ones that stand by our side When we are backed in a corner, we start our search for the truth and what you'll find is roads of twisted reason but through it all you'll see You can't possibly know what the one girl meant or what the other one said when you were never really there and you never really cared in the first place You can't know what was meant, you weren't there Don't act like you care (Chorus) All of us are one in the same so why do we pretend that we all don't feel pain? Am I going insane, how could anyone believe that I'd give up on everything? Like a phoenix reborn in flames, so hear these words and just believe that there's fire that burns in our veins Now lets just consult the family, the ones that stand by our side When we are backed in a corner, we end our search with the truth (SEARCH FOR THE TRUTH!) (We are the fire, we are the flame) I suffer under ignorance I think I finally found a way to get through to you Maybe I'm wasting my breath I suffer under ignorance You've welcomed your own demise (Chorus)

about

Core To The Core - Turn The Tide - EP / Single Premiere

Progression in music comes in many forms and accomplishing a new sound is one of them. These guys at TTT have it down to the chord. I first promoted them on my very first compilation back in 2013 with their song "Hour 51" at track seven. Catchy, heavy and soul filled core is what they deliver time and time again. Ever since stumbling upon them I've been a ride or die fan because following these humble artists is a pleasure on the ears with their flawless quality and helium for the heart with their lyrics that overcome. A huge repeat factor is one thing I want to mention this release having, being able to listen to a song more than a handful of times and still wanting more is when you know you've truly heard something incredible. Currently they are still together as a group and getting things back in motion at the moment so stay tuned and stay core. ❤
