No matter how hard I fight

Worried now, but I'm still alive

I get no peace of mind
Another struggle with no end in sight
this has become my life.
I've done so much wrong losing sight on what I thought was right.

A means to an end
A distraction to fill the gap
But what if our efforts collapse into this self induced suffering
All I am is a frequent guest inside my own hell

I still can't seem to let go.
of this pain that resides inside my head

To exist is to endure a life of pain
